This appears to have been written during the terms of office of the Foreign Minister, either from 1962 to 1964 or from 1972 to 1974. Approximately 24.4 x 27.4 cm. It was found while organizing the family home. It is quite old. Handwritten (or printed) - unknown. Upon close inspection, there are fine stains and wrinkles. There is no box.
