This is an Otto Link Tone Edge mouthpiece for tenor saxophone. It's a well-known mouthpiece for jazz. There are some teeth marks and scratches on the ligature area, but overall, it's in good condition. It doesn't have a sharp edge and produces a dark, mellow tone. It has a bit of resistance, but the opening is 6 (2.29mm), so even those who aren't confident in their lung capacity should be able to play it.
