This is a replacement cartridge for the OSG water purifier, Excellent Twin. It is new and unused, but does not have a box. I was moving just as it was time to replace the cartridge, so I discarded the outer box, but then I no longer needed it. It has been stored in a Ziploc bag to keep it clean. Thank you. Excellent Twin
