Japanese Noh masks appear to be laughing, crying, or even angry depending on the angle you view them. Perhaps it's not the angle, but the viewer's heart that changes what they see. Or maybe the expression doesn't change at all, and the mask "has no expression" to begin with. This is a Western mask. I feel a similar lack of expression to Japanese Noh masks. Probably a woman? I have no knowledge of the strange musical notes and instruments drawn on the face. There's a price tag sticker that says 45 pounds, but is it really that expensive? Made of paper.
