This is a tax skirt in a beautiful color. It has elastic in the back for adjustability. Side zipper. There is no lining, but I don't think it's very see-through. It has been stored new, but as shown in image 7, there is a line-like mark of about 3mm. It is discounted accordingly, so please understand.
