I purchased this from Belle Maison a while ago. It's very lovely, and I bought it because I thought it could be used for slightly formal occasions, but it was too big for me, especially around the neckline, so I never wore it. The front center has overlapping chiffon with tucks, and the gathers are very beautiful. There is black cut-and-sew fabric under the chiffon, so your undergarments won't be visible. There's also a little chiffon peeking out from the cuffs. It's a thin, soft material. It's difficult to see the color well in the images, but it's black.
