Linen absorbs about 4 times more moisture and dries about 2 times faster than cotton. It can be used as a sheet for futons, as a multi-cover for sofas, or as a bedspread on a bed. The color may vary slightly depending on the production period and lot, even for the same color. It will shrink by about 3-5% after washing. It stabilizes after repeated washing. There may be lumps of fiber called "nep" on the surface of the fabric. Please avoid using fabric softener as it hinders linen's high absorbency. Do not use fluorescent agents or bleach. Do not use a dryer as it can damage the fibers through friction.
