It can be used for various carrying positions and provides good support for the lower back, which was great. The buckles are secure and easy to put on and take off. There may be some pilling from washing, but I think it's in relatively good condition. There are no issues with use. It's made of mesh material, so I could use it without worry even in the summer. It has been washed at home. I can also include a baby carrier cape and drool covers if you'd like.
