I think it's hard to get because it's out of print. I bought it new, but I've kept it without using it even once. There are no creases inside, and it's very clean. However, there is a crease on the back cover. Therefore, I've marked the condition as "slightly damaged and with some stains." Also, please refrain from price negotiations.
