This is a prototype of the current Wood Stone Traditional Jazz model. This is a very rare vintage mouthpiece, difficult to obtain. The construction is basically the same as the current Traditional Jazz model, but this one has a slightly lower baffle, resulting in a darker tone with richer overtones (in my opinion). Also, compared to Otto Link Florida, etc., the beak is slightly lower (thinner), making it easier to bite, and in my case, the pitch was more stable. Personally, I think this mouthpiece is on par with vintage Otto Link mouthpieces. I acquired it used around 2020 and liked the sound, using it for a while, but I'm now using a mouthpiece with a different character, so I'm listing it for sale as I don't think I'll use it in the future.
