The size feels right for a man who wants a down jacket that covers the hips. The tag is in Korean, not from Uniqlo Japan. The tag with the product number and material information has been cut off and is unknown, but since feathers definitely came out, I am listing it as a down jacket. The condition is good with no noticeable stains. The pockets have zippers.
