I am selling items I have kept at home. These are quite old, but I stored them in the cases I bought them in at the time, so there are almost no folds, tears, or scratches. There is some peeling and lifting on the Vegeta Kira card. There are also sleeves that display battle power when you insert a card. I think the condition is good for items of this age, but please understand that these are personally stored, used items before purchasing.
