Tsumugi Kimono. This is a tsumugi kimono that my mother had made. I have never worn it, and it has been stored in my closet at home with the basting threads still attached. The kimono itself is in beautiful condition. I had a professional look at it, and they said it is Oshima Tsumugi. However, as shown in photo 7, there are some stains from rust on the snaps.
