This is a BAPE Panel Cap. It's from the SS22 collection. It's a shallow cap. The color is navy (almost black). The lettering is blue. The size can be adjusted with the metal fitting at the back. The retail price was around 10,000 yen. I haven't used it after purchase, but there are some initial wrinkles.
