Rain pants. I used them a few times when commuting by bicycle. They are not completely waterproof, but they do offer some protection from light rain. I purchased them about 10 years ago from a Senshukai mail order catalog. They are relatively clean and in good condition. They are still usable. There are pockets on both sides. A storage bag is also included. Please consider purchasing only if you understand that they have been stored at home.
