I'm washing these at home. New Balance: 12.5 cm Miffy: 13 cm Both were worn around the same time. The New Balance shoes show some wear, but are still wearable. I've included photos, and the insides aren't falling apart. The Miffy shoes were worn about 6 times. I didn't wear them much.
