I had the headset itself and the left controller replaced with new ones under warranty a year ago, so the condition is good. I will send you a new facial interface and the original head strap that I haven't used, so even if you don't like used items, you should be fine. However, there are some minor signs of use, such as very small scratches, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a brand new item. In addition, the charging cable has considerable signs of use. There are no problems with its use, but please use a separately sold cable if necessary. I will include a BOBOVR headset for comfortable play! This has a rear head battery, so you can extend the charging time. Moreover, the battery acts as a counterweight, making it more stable to wear!
