It has windproof and light water-repellent processing, and the back is fluffy boa, so it blocks wind and is warm. It's easy to use, just fastening with Velcro at the back. It can be used for a long time, from around 1 to 6 years old. The included elastic band is missing. We may compress the item for shipping.
