Unused. The waist is free size, but when laid flat, it's about 32.5 cm and stretches to a maximum of about 34 cm. The elastic is only on the back side and is a bit stiff. The skirt length is about 81 cm. Since it's an unused item, it has been stored at home, but please consider this if you don't mind.
