The shoulder straps are adjustable. I am 154cm tall, and I could wear it without stepping on the hem. It has a relaxed fit, so it covers the figure well. There is a small snag on the chest area, but it's not very noticeable. It also has pockets. There is no size label, so I've listed it as free size.
