I purchased this at a store last year. The two layers of tulle create a fluffy look! There's tulle in the back too. It's a cute design from every angle. There's a T-shirt underneath the tulle, so it's not see-through. My upper arms are a little bit of a concern, so I bought a size L, but the fit is normal⭐︎ I'm selling it because I bought a similar item. It has the tags, but I've removed the price tag. It's new and unused, but I think other people may have tried it on in the store, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
