"No noticeable scratches or stains: There may be minor scratches or stains that are difficult to see." This is the definition. The degree to which something is "difficult to see" varies from person to person, but in my subjective opinion, this includes: Pilling, fuzzing, unraveling threads less than 3 cm, stains less than 5 mm (or larger if faint), tears less than 3 mm (excluding the knee area of pants), fading, wrinkles. I may list items with these characteristics, or items without them, under the "no noticeable scratches or stains" category.
