I purchased this at a store and have kept it in new, unused condition. My child doesn't like it, so I'm selling it. Velcro closure, suitable for high insteps and wide feet. There is a mark on the sole that won't come off. It seems to have been there since I bought it, and I only noticed it when I got home... I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind this to purchase it.
