I purchased it from an online shop, and the product name was "Softness is characteristic [Super Lightweight Tare] 'Cobra' 15/3mm Ori-zashi." I bought it for my elementary school daughter's matches, but the size didn't fit, so it's a new, unused item, only tried on, and never actually used in practice.
