The end caps of the bars are made of resin for safety. The metal fittings that connect the body of the car and the foot parts are also made of metal. Except for the end caps, everything is made of metal, so it won't crack or break like resin side bars. The bar and foot parts are also firmly fixed. The length of the bar is 1000mm. The pipe diameter is Φ28. If you wish, we will cut it to your preferred length free of charge at the time of purchase. By the way, I also drive a Jimny Sierra, and even with the 1000mm length, it doesn't get in the way, obstruct my view while driving, or touch my head. If you are going to attach nets or rod holders, I recommend a length of 700-800mm. I use the 1000mm length to attach nets and rod holders as shown in photos 6 and 7, and I also use it to hang towels for sun protection because it extends to the seats. Installation is possible with a hex wrench and a Phillips screwdriver, which can be purchased at 100-yen shops. It can be installed on the car body without any modifications. Instructions are also included. We have installed it on the current Jimny and current Sierra, but it should be possible to install it on other car models if the mounting part is fixed with M6 bolts and the distance from the foot to the bar is 40mm, and there are no major irregularities on the mounting part.
