This is a Felix the Cat folding umbrella. I opened the umbrella for the photos. The umbrella has a pattern on part of it, as shown in the fourth photo. When opened, it's about 83 centimeters in diameter, so I think adults can use it. The fabric is sturdy. It's quite rare, so I think it's a valuable item.
