The item is almost unused, so I believe it's in good condition, but please understand that it is a used item, and only proceed with the transaction if you are comfortable with this. It has been home cleaned. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. No pads included. (I used a different set of pads from lala, and while storing them separately, I seem to have lost them.)
