It is a sweatshirt cardigan. I think it can be used as a light outer layer in the spring. It is relatively clean, so I think it can still be used, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned or are a perfectionist. I will ship it in a water-resistant bag. Thank you. (*^^*)
