The 3.5mm output is not working (physical failure of the internal jack). The 4.4mm output works normally, so this item is being sold as a "defective" product. Included accessories are the main unit, L to C cable, and outer box only. Price negotiations are welcome, but we will decline significant price reductions. Thank you for your understanding.
