It is new, unused, and still has the basting threads attached, having only been tried on. However, it has been stored in a chest, so I would be happy to pass it on to someone who is interested. Although it has only been tried on, it has been stored at home for a long time, so there are very small stains in photos 6-7, and a very faint discoloration on the lining as shown in photos 8-9.
