This is a silver-toned Celine muffler with silver threads mixed in. It's for kids, but it's quite long, so adults can definitely use it. I've wrapped it around a mannequin! See photos 2 and 3. *The thread holding the plate is a little loose on one side, but it's in good condition as it's only been used once or twice.
