This is a set of a foldable mattress and waterproof pads for spring/summer and fall/winter. The waterproof pads prevent liquids from penetrating the mattress, so you don't have to worry about stains. There are no noticeable stains, but there are two holes on the back of the cloud-patterned terrycloth pad. There is some slight pilling from the pillow and washing.
