Purchased at a Comme des Garçons directly-managed store. I loved these and wore them quite a bit, so as you can see in the images, there's quite a bit of damage to the toes. The insoles haven't come off, but they're not perfect. High-quality leather was used, and I've always taken care to maintain them, so although they are old, I think they can still be worn without any problems.
