【Kunikureen】 Production years: 1971-1998. This series was designed with inspiration from the works of Kutani ware, known as world-famous masterpieces, produced in the southern part of Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan, featuring a white base and lavishly painted phoenixes in five colors: blue (green), yellow, red, purple, and indigo. The cream-colored white of the bone china and the oriental color tones beautifully depict peacocks and flowers. The backstamp features the black "壺" (tsubo - jar/pot) mark, indicating it is from the original period. These pieces were produced until 1998. The reissued versions feature the current Wedgwood logo.
