This item has been stored long-term in a paulownia chest at my parents' home, inside a "tatou-gami" paper wrapping. I believe it's from approximately 50 years ago. It was tailored at a kimono shop in Kyoto. There are stains on the collar and other areas. Please check the images for the condition and size. Please note that there are creases from being stored in a chest for many years. It will be shipped in a "tatou-gami" paper wrapping, inside a cardboard box.
