Moto GPS Radar with LCD display, USB connectable. This is a radar detector for motorcycles. This radar is a joint product of Comtec and Daytona. The items for sale are the main unit shown in the photo, a USB power cable, and a set of mounts for motorcycle installation. For this detector, audio confirmation on a motorcycle is done via the built-in speaker, the earphone jack, or Bluetooth. Power is supplied via USB, but it also has a built-in battery so it can be used in a pocket or bag. (For use in extremely high or low temperatures) The mounting base on the main unit is designed to float, considering speaker sound and heat dissipation. The mount uses REC MOUNT+ with φ22 rubber (adhesive base and bracket, worth 5,000 yen). It allows for easy attachment and detachment on multiple vehicles. For touring, I used a dial-type lock wire to secure the main unit and the handlebar to prevent theft and dropping. (If you don't need it, you can remove it with screws after peeling off the double-sided tape on the base) I bought it new 5 years ago for insurance on long tours and camping tours in unfamiliar areas, and used it on a small and a mid-sized large motorcycle. Usually, it was stored. I used Bluetooth connection, so I used it with the handlebar mount and in a bag or drawstring bag. Since both motorcycles had shields, there was no damage from flying objects, so there is almost no external damage, and the deterioration is minimal. The photos show some small scratches on the screen, but these are on the protective film, and the screen itself is undamaged, as is the main unit. There are no problems with basic operation, settings, or radar detection, but please understand that there is no instruction manual for this unit.
