It is a printed material.※※ This is a set of 9 calligraphy instruction books, believed to have been used in the classroom of Mr. Chouun Koyama, a calligrapher and seal carver who lived in Sonoda City, Hyogo Prefecture, and was a disciple of Master Baishukaku Ume for many years. Based on the covers, these books appear to be from around 1991 to 2000. The titles include "Basic Calligraphy," "Personal Names," "Place Names," and "Fine Characters," etc. (The volume of each book varies). The total thickness is about 3.5cm. The books were originally bound with staples or string, but these have been removed, and the order has been maintained. Some of the paper is old, with age-related stains, dirt, and what appear to be water marks, but the newer ones are relatively clean. There is a large amount of text, and the books also contain notes on writing techniques by the students, making them a valuable resource for those studying calligraphy. As these are just gathering dust in my home, I hope someone who can use them will take them. ※These are vintage and used items.
