This is a Pedaltrain Nano. I bought it used, and it had numerous screw holes (?), even from when I purchased it. They're hidden by Velcro, but there are multiple holes on each rail. I haven't done any additional modifications to it, but the condition isn't great. It functioned normally as an effects pedalboard without any issues. Case and case strap included.
