This is a model equivalent to the USA-made Core series. While old CE24s are fairly common, old CE22s are extremely rare, and even more so with a maple top. Compared to the 24, the front pickup is in a typical Les Paul position, resulting in a sweet, rich sound from the front pickup. It comes standard with a hard case, and the overall grade is significantly higher compared to current CE models. There are two spots on the binding of the top surface edge, and scratches on the back. There are also a few slight indentations on the low fret side, but they do not affect playability, and I believe there is 80% fret life remaining. There are also minor scratches from use and some metal tarnish due to age. Considering its age, it's in relatively good condition. Overall, I don't think there are any fatal flaws. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I am not the first owner, so I don't know the details, but the hard case, arm, eagle tag, and other documents are included. It has likely been customized from a rotary switch to a toggle switch, and the strap pins have been replaced with Schaller-type locking pins. I don't think there are any other customizations, but I can't confirm. There is slight clouding of the finish, but it doesn't look too cloudy. Slight forward bow in the neck. String height: 1.6mm on the 6th string, 1.3mm on the 1st string. No buzzing with 09-42 strings. Plenty of room left in the truss rod in both directions.
