This is a skirt from titty&co. I've worn it twice. It's a very cute skirt. The tag says "free size," but it's a slim fit. I think children can wear it too. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that it has been stored at home. Since I am a private seller, there is a possibility of oversight.
