This is a dull yellow-green floral shirt dress. I bought it new and only wore it twice because I didn't have many opportunities, but it was one of my favorites because the lining inside makes the skirt puff out, making it super cute. When I walked or ran in this, the skirt would flutter and float. There are slight wrinkles from storage.
