I purchased this new in April of this year. I used the Tatacon about 3 times, but after that, I played with a Pro Controller, so I haven't used it much. It responded without any problems when I used it. The software also starts up without any issues. There are no noticeable scratches or signs of use, but since it's a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Feel free to ask any questions! Immediate purchase is okay.
