From the builder: BEEAROUND “NKT” This is an homage pedal to the BUZZAROUND, equipped with three valuable NKT transistors. This is a BEEAROUND with NKT transistors. It has a very small LED, a slightly narrow shape, and is the most popular model with a voltage conversion circuit. (It can be powered by a standard center-negative 9V adapter or power supply) Aiming to reproduce the hit units of the Buzzaround, all parts were measured and the hit sound was calculated, so it is a vintage homage germanium fuzz that eliminates the worry of getting a dud. Just turn on the power and step on it, and you can easily get the hit-of-the-hit Buzzaround sound. Also, the engraving was done to the extent that it does not detract from the appearance, and the very small LED shines from a small hole that is not noticeable, making it practical and easy to use. Although it is a germanium transistor specification, a voltage conversion circuit is also incorporated, so you can easily use it with a standard center-negative 9V adapter or power supply, and it has the advantage of being easy to incorporate into a pedalboard (batteries cannot be used). The sound created by the NKT and vintage WIMA is exactly like the ferocious fuzz sound of the original Buzzaround.
