Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this item is managed by a private individual. I have used this item for "oshi-katsu" (supporting my favorite idol/character) a few times. It does not come with a frame. Upon close inspection in the light, there are some areas where faint scratches can be seen on the surface, but there are no noticeable scratches, stains, or sun damage that are apparent under normal conditions. Instant purchase is OK. Price reduction is negotiable.
