I don't think there's much wear on the knees and seat, but please check the photos. The waist elastic was too big, so I sewed it to make it smaller, but please unravel it if you need to. With pockets on both sides. Both the waist and hem are elastic, making them easy to put on. The quality was such that I wanted to buy them again in a different size.
