This is a navy blue紬 (tsumugi) dress with a light blue pattern, handmade by my mother. The photos may appear a bit faded, but the color is a deep navy blue. It is a remake of a 100% silk kimono. A relatively beautiful kimono was purchased, treated, and hand-washed before being remade. The fabric is sturdy yet soft. This was a kimono in good condition.
