There appears to be some smudging on the aperture blades, but there was no stickiness when operating the aperture. As it's a preset aperture, I believe it's a product from around the 1950s-60s. Also, based on the shape of the outer claws, I think it likely fits the Konica F-mount. I don't have an adapter to mount it on a Konica F-mount, so I haven't been able to test it. Considering it's a product from 60-70 years ago, the condition is quite good, so please consider it.
