The difference is the inner lining is brushed. The brushed lining is warm, and it has a waterproof zipper to prevent cold seawater from entering the suit. The price of semi-dry suits varies depending on the brushed lining material. Things to compare are: Warmth, quick-drying properties, ease of movement, lightness, elasticity, durability, ease of putting on and taking off, and the degree of water ingress. Semi-dry suits are quite complex. There are many options, but be careful with cheap semi-dry suits. In my personal opinion, this level of quality at this price is quite excellent.
