The waist can be adjusted with an elastic waistband and a drawstring. The cuffs are a tapered, popping type. It's a perfect fit for me, who is 170cm tall and weighs 57kg. I wore it twice for an event, but haven't had a chance to wear it since, so I'm selling it.
