This is a GALERIE VIE silk-blend long skirt purchased at Tomorrowland. The front has pleats, and the back is flared. The waist is elastic, and the front and back of the belt area have different designs, so please check the photos. There are pockets on both sides. The fabric on the inside of the back waist is slightly torn on both sides (please check photos 8 and 9). It's completely unnoticeable unless stretched. It's not visible at all.
